I love Promarkers: anything goes

 
Hello,
Today there is a new challenge over at I love Promarkers and this fortnights theme is anything goes.
We are sponsored by Dr Digi and I used one of their images, 40 winks on my card.
I created a circular easel, the papers are from Nitwit collections grin and bear it. I finished with a LOTV sentiment.


The Paper shelter: Things with wings

 

Hello,
It is time for a new challenge over at The Paper Shelter and this weeks challenge is things with wings.
For my card I used this sweet image called pixie caramel macchiato, quite a new image. This is coloured with a mix of Promarkers and Sep trump noirs.
I used Anna Marie Designs blissful cocoa papers, matted on pink and added some prima mini flowers and an LOTV sentiment to finish.

Today I have an easel card to share featuring one of the cute Horace and Boo images from polka doodles.
I coloured my image with Promarkers.
The papers come from one of my favourite and most used Nitwit collections, Happy.
I added stitched pink ribbon, flowers and a sentiment from the kit.

House Mouse Shaker

 

Hello,
Today I have a shaker card to share made on a love theme.
I created a heart shaped shaker, using papers from first edition sweet nothings paper pad, matted on black.
I stamped the mouse image, coloured with Promarkers and cut out, then added to the centre.

Through the craft room door challenge: Feb 13th

 

Hello,
It's time to share my first make for Through the craft room door as part of the DT. Our challenge as always is anything goes.
This week we are sponsored by Sheepski designs. The image I used is called Otter halves and can be found here. 

I used a wooden design paper from the background and matted on Brown. I then added a Brown dotty embossed strip.
I coloured my image with spectrum noirs and die cut into a oval. I then finished with a sentiment.

Magnolia Your Invited: Mr and Mrs Magnolia

 
Hello!
Last week I finally got my hands on the two magnolia stamps I bought from the Your invited collection. The first I'm showing you today, this is Mr and Mrs Magnolia.
I coloured the image with Promarkers and die cut into a circle.
The papers are from Nitwit collections everlasting collection, matted on white. I added die cut swirls, a heart shaped doily, lace, flowers, rose ribbon, pearls and a sentiment to finish.

Horace and Boo: Ice Cream


Hello,
Today i have a card to share featuring another Horace and Boo image, this time enjoying an ice cream.
I coloured the image with a mix of promarkers and spectrum noirs.
The papers are from Nitwit collections Lovestruck collection, matted on white.
I added some stitched ribbon. a bow and buttons along with a matching sentiment to finish.

Someone special

 

Hello,
My card today is a little different to normal as there is no image and its quite simple.
I created this card based around the pretty flower. I've become a prima flower addict recently and these pretty green ones were my favourite from the Lachlan range.
I used it with The Sketchy challenge sketch (flipped) and matched it with Anna Marie Designs blissful green papers, a doily, die cut swirls, pearls and a soft lime sparkly embellishment, then stamped the sentiment to finish.

Horace and Boo

 

Hello,
I recently saw a post on a blog I follow which featured a make using the beautiful Horace and Boo collection from Polka Doodles and I had to buy. I LOVE dogs, (and cats) so these images are perfect for me. They feature them eating ice cream, enjoying a cuddle or riding on a scooter.
I coloured my image with Promarkers and matted on black. The papers came from my garden party paper pad, again matted on black. I finished with a simple bow and sentiment from the collection.

Edna the Everything Fairy


Hello,
My card today features one of my favorite characters from Stamping Bella, Edna. For chirstmas, i received this sweet stamp.
I stamped her with the cupcake, { you get 4 options} and coloured her using promarkers and matched her up with first edition Sweet Nothing papers, matted on white.
I added ribbon and the matching sentiment to finish.

Watering Can Hegehogs

  


Hello,
Today I have a card to share using one of my favourite images from Di's digi downloads. I love hedgehogs and the hedgie images are always a favourite and really popular.
I coloured this one with spectrum noirs and die cut into a circle.
I used garden party papers, another favourite of mine, and matted on white. I cut out some of the seed packets and added some pretty prima flowers to finish.

Today I have a twisted easel to share.
I made this using one of the pretty Darling Bud images from polka doodles, coloured with Promarkers.
I also used one of my favourite Nitwit collections papers, Authentic.
I embellished with a mix of mulberry flowers and added the matching darling bud sentiments.

House Mouse Wedding Stepper

 

Hello,
This is my first ever stepper card. I was recently looking through all of our house mouse decoupage sheets and came up with using the wedding couple as my main focal point by cutting them out, rather than keeping the whole topper, and decoupaging them up.
I used wild rose studio papers, matted on white. I created the heart by printing a sentiment and die cutting it in a heart shape.
I added flowers and pearls to finish.

Shabby Chic Fairy

 

Hello,
I have a card to share today featuring one of the My Bestie images. I saw this pretty, slightly bride like, fairy and had to buy her. I coloured her with Promarkers.

I added die cut swirls, ribbon and some pretty love clippings flowers from Prima.

We are sponsored by Bugaboo and for my card I used this pretty flowers in a teapot image.
The papers are from my garden party paper pad and as you can see I embossed the strip across the centre with a dotty folder.
I also added ribbon to finish.

Whimsy: Hold you close

 

Hello,
Today I have a card featuring all new products I received at Christmas, apart from the sentiment.
I used this sweet Wee stamps image called Hold you close by Whimsy stamps, coloured with Promarkers.
The papers came from a new favourite paper pad by pebbles, double matted on pink and white.
I also got a box filled with lace, ribbons and a number of embellishments which was one of my favourite gifts, some I used on here. The flowers are from prima.
I finished by adding the sentiment.

I cut out the image so it framed the heart which I stamped a sentiment inside.

Best of 2017 Review

Hello,
Happy new year everyone! 
Im a little late in sharing this post as usually i do it on the 31st of december but i haven't had much of a chance as my dog was poorly over the weekend so here it is now, my Best of 2017 Review.
Here are the cards that were my favorites over the past 12 months.
2017 was a fun year for crafting, i became a DT member for I Love Promarkers and The Paper Shelter and shared christmas makes over at Christmas with the Cuties for there first year of challenges. It was also my last year at Creative Inspirations which i left in december after six years. 
Along with DT commitments, i shared some GDT spots, won some challenges, got top spots and was a lucky runner up in Cardmaker of the Year for two years running.
I know i have some exciting things coming up in 2018 too so keep an eye out.

Magical Fairy

 

Hello!
Today I have a sweet, girly card to share using one of the My Bestie images, coloured with Promarkers.
I created this card using blissful pink papers, double matted.
The sentiment came from a rare earth stamp set, which I die cut into an oval and added sequins to. The flowers are prima.
I added a die cut flourish, ribbon, bow and pearls to finish.

Wake up and Be Fabulous


 

Hello,
Today I have a house mouse hidden message card to share, all inspired by the sentiment. I fancied making something a bit fancier after making quite a few simple cards over the last few months.
I used this sweet house mouse happy hopper image, coloured with Promarkers and die cut onto a circle.
I created the hidden message part by making a circular card, the same size as my image. Inside I stamped the rare earth sentiment.
The papers are from Anna Marie Designs blissful cocoa, matted on Brown and white. To finish I added lace and flowers, making sure not to cover the hidden message opening.
