Saturated Canary: Vintage Flapper Girl

Hello,
Today i have a card to share featuring another of the Saturated canary back in time images from the august subscription collection.  This is the 20's style flapper girl. This image is actually a full body image, but i cropped the headshot and die cut into a circle.
I used anna marie blissful cocoa papers, added some wide lace, sequins, pearls and flowers to finish.

{Vintage, flowers and pearls}

Flowers and pearls are my favorite embellishments because they make a card look quite girly and pretty, my favorite style.

Creative Inspirations: Blooms and Bows

Hello,
It is time for a new challenge over at Creative Inspirations and this fortnights theme is

BLOOMS AND BOWS

For my card, i used a Saturated canary image called Korra, which i cropped and put in an oval. As usual, she is coloured with promarkers.
The papers are from the Anna Marie Designs Blissful peach {My favorite paper pads.} along with the matching sentiment.
I added pearls, flowers and ribbon to finish.

Challenges:
My favorite colour changes, usually depending on my mood or whatever im creating at the time, but recently i seem to have been using a lot of peach. I like peach because i always think of it as an pink/orange inbetween colour. I think it makes beautiful girly cards, rather than pink all the time but can also be used for more of a grown up too.

I have another two cards to share today, (haven't I been busy?) Featuring two images from one of the Saturated canary subscription package. Both of these cards have the same layout, just in different colour ways. My first is the boy. These papers are from an old LOTV/nitwit paper pad, all matted on cream. I finished with flowers and a sentiment.

The girl card features papers from a DCWV stack, matted on white. Again, coloured with Promarkers and finished with flowers and sentiment.
