Darling Buds

Hello,
Today's card features three of the Darling Buds images from polka doodles.
I've had these images for a while but haven't used them all that much, so I had an idea to use three of them on one.
I like using multiple images in my cards as I think it showcases them nicely.
I coloured them with spectrum noirs and Promarkers and die cut into circles.
I matched them with nitwit collections hydrangea range papers and green card.
I finished with a sentiment and pearls.

This card I made a couple of weeks ago, one of my step cards. I used an hedgehog image from Di's digi downloads, coloured with spectrum noirs.
I used papers that I got free in a magazine, matted on lilac.
I kept it simple, adding flowers and a sentiment.

CWTC: Blue and White

Hello,
We have a new challenge over at Christmas with the cuties and this months theme is blue and white.
For my card I used one of our sponsors images, not the one I was originally using as my old desktop was being picky about downloads.
I embossed a folder in white and matted on blue and added ribbon and a sentiment. I coloured my image with spectrum noirs and fussy cut.

The Paper Shelter: Going digital

Hello,
The challenge over at The Paper Shelter this week is going digital, so we would like to see digital elements on your makes.
Whenever we have this theme I always choose to use one of the toppers and backing paper from an image.
This time I have used the image Lady with wings.
I matted both the paper and image on black card and added golden ribbon and some orange enamel dots.

We look forward to seeing your creations!

Seaside Fun

Hello,
I hope everyone has been enjoying the nice weather. I've been in the garden with the blow up pool playing with my dog, he certainly enjoyed it!
I have this summer themed card to share which features a range of the summer seaside Tilda images from magnolia.
I made a similar card with Easter stamps earlier on in the year.
I coloured them all with Promarkers and spectrum noirs and created a double step card.
Instead of a scene I printed a summery verse and embellished with flowers and a doily.
The papers came from the seaside themed range from Nitwit collections.

Parents Cards

Hello,
The title of this post may be a little confusing but let me explain. Last week I had a couple of occasions, fathers day , my dogs second birthday and my mum's birthday.
The two cards here are what I made for them.

My first card is my mum's birthday card. Her favourite cards are measles so I made this one using a cute whimsy penguin image, coloured with spectrum noirs and Promarkers. I thought this one went perfectly.
I used Nitwit collections Cherish papers, matted on white. I die cut the border along the top, printed a sentiment and verse and added flowers, ribbon, lace and pearls.

Koala-ty Friend

Hello,
I have a card to share today that features an image from a stamp set I got from Creative stamping magazine while on holiday last month.
It's not very often I use magazine freebies, but I loved the wild animal set that was featured in that issue.
Koalas are one of my favourite animals and I'd love too see them but unfortunately, I don't go overseas.
I coloured this sweet koala with Promarkers and die cut into a circle.
I used first edition Moroccan papers, matted on black.
I also used the sentiment that came from the stamp set. I finished by adding some ribbon.

I die cut stars and added those as embellishments and included one of the little dude sentiments.

I'd like to enter this into:
I think this is one of my favourites because compared to my usual fussy and fancy style, I can make this quite simple and only use two papers rather than four or five. Plus I think it highlights the image nicely.
