Layered up

I made this card before knowing what the DP2 challenge was this week, but luckily it fits in with the theme.

 

I used the image, jo, painting with my new first edition blank canvas paper pad!! It's papers are quite pale with added canvas textured papers, on her the blue one is canvas.

I originally bought this image for my cousins birthday as she loves painting.

The layers are all matted on kraft, and i added the sentiment, bow and pearls

Stocking Hanger

Hello!

Ive had a few days without any projects to show, but today i have this.

I created a door hanger in the shape of a stocking, using papers from dovecrafts vintage christmas range.

I added the Lili of the valley, trimming the tree image to the toe,

coloured with promarkers.

And this sentiment, along with a wooden embelishment.

I then added red and white twine to hold it up and added fake stitching around each peice of paper.

BACK TO SCHOOL.

 

I created this notebook, using some free papers and a house mouse decoupage image.

 

I then wrote up on the computer a name plaque and saved a mouse from the decoupage to add to the corner.

 

Added raffia down spiral edge and on notebook.

This is for the House mouse challenge, back to school.

First birthday card

I made this for my second cousins first birthday, using polka doodles papers, house mouse image, and dovecraft twine and buttons.

Today's post is for a few challenges.

Totally Tilda- Tilda and kraft

For these projects, i used two of my winning stamps, which feature the new chrsitmas collection.

I used merry christmas Tilda for my card, and coloured with promarkers.

I added dovecraft vintage back to basics christmas papers, all layered with kraft and added a cluster, including a kraft heart, wooden angel embelishment and flowers.

I also added ornate lace and a wooden star.

Again, i used the same collection of papers for my tag, layered with kraft.

I coloured the image with promarkers, added a snetiment, the same ornate lace, wooden embelishment and pearls.

House mouse: Olympic challenge HMFMC125

Good morning,

Todays card is for the House mouse and friends olympic challenge.

I used my happy hopper stamps and created this red, white and blue, gymnastic card.

I added white and red ribbon and added a double bow.

Totally Tilda DT call

This card is for the Totally Tilda DT call.

I was realy pleased to be asked to be guest designer a few months back for there bunting pennant challenge, that once the DT call came up, i had to enter!

I used an older Tilda image, coloured as always with promarkers and added glitter to her wings.

Todays projects is a tag, using new dovecraft vintage christmas papers and a new lili of the valley christmas stamp.

I added a gingham red bow and wooden snowflake.

 

And a sentiment at the bottom.

The image is coloured with promarkers, and i added glitter to the ice.

Loyalty - SMASH page

Good morning!

Today, as i dont have a card im posting another of my SMASH pages.

I was pretty busy over the weekend, trying to finish some challenge cards as well as some birthday cards for my young cousin, and on saturday, had a suprise through the post!

My prize from TOMIC challenge arrived!!!

I was only expecting the one stamp, but i got 4!

So look out for some creations soon.

Anyway, back to SMASH, and this page is called Loyalty.

I found this poem on a website which had quotes and poems about dogs and re-wrote it in a different font and colour, then i used Wendy, a saturetd canary image and coloured her in to look a bit like me and Dig.

Its a pretty simple page, but i let the poem do the talking.

For this past week, ive been trying to get a start on my pink SMASH.

Ive had it for a couple of months and been struggling to use it.

So my first page, or should i say pages are this....

This card is for a couple of challenges.

Saturated Canary - great outdoors

creative inspirations- in the garden

Designed to colour - vintage/ shabby chic

I used chasing butterflies, a new image and coloured with promarkers.

I layered up kaisercraft pink gelato papers, and using my white sakura pen added faux stitching to the edges, and distressed the edges.

I added a clustered collage of flowers and wooden butterflies.

Adding pearls and glitter.

This also came from the paper pack.

Christmas in july with TOMIC

My second post for today is for the TOMIC christmas in july challenge, including the colours Red, green, white and stars.

I used hot off the press papers, brads and sentiment.

Seaside scene card

Good morning,

Todays card is for the summertime challenge over at Totally Tilda.

I created a scene-stepper card and uses Tilda and edwin from the Summer memories collection.

I coloured the background scene with promarkers and used sandpaper as the ground.



In the dog house at DP2

This card was for DP2's in the doghouse challenge, but i must of been a bit late as its closed.

I went on the use a image with a dog theme, and chose bella and bronte skating.

I used trimcraft papers, coloured the image with promarkers and matted the layers on kraft.

Christmas Time

Good morning!

Todays card features a new Lili of the valley christmas image. This one is called trimming the tree, and as ever is coloured with promarkers.

I used Hot off the press papers, matted on gold mirror card.

I then added a cluster of christmas roses in red and white, although the large red one i did make myself with some old paper flowers.

I added red gems and a matching sentiment.
