Altenew: Sending Thanks

Hello,
My latest Altenew card features the spring daisies and the leaves from the peony bouquet set. I created this card with the Colour Throwdown challenge colours in mind, navy, pale pink, gold and white, sending thanks to a friend.
I created a patterned background using the peony bouquet leaves in navy, then stamped the outline around them in gold. I matted it on navy card.
I stamped the daisies in pale pink and again outlined in gold then cut them out . I matted my gold sentiment on the navy card and added.

Altenew Moments in time and ATC's?

Hello,
I thought I would share a quick card today featuring Altenew stamps. I actually made this card a few weeks ago and have had it scheduled for ages. I've been busy with my dylusions again and will have some more projects to share soon.
So, this is a 5x7 card. I inked a complete A4 sheet and used it to create three cards. I cut a piece to fit my card, along with a black matt panel, then stamped the sweet swing image from the Moments in time set. I also used one of the sentiments.

I also have a question for my fellow bloggers, do any of you make ATC's? It was something I made along time ago but after buying some new Wonky Tonk dreamers stamps from Which craft this week I have created a set of nine.

I will be sharing them hopefully later this week.

Altenew: Be a Dreamer

Hello,
Today I have an Altenew/ dylusions card to share using one of my favourite stamp sets, Happy dreams. I love this stamp set because of all the dreamy sentiments and the pretty floral shadow and feather stamps. There's even the moon and the star's which are beautiful inked in gold or silver. Some of the sentiments featured on set are new year based but the set is perfect for all year around.

For my card (6x6) I inked my background, spraying polished jade, after midnight and lemon zest dylusion ink sprays. I then used the floral shadow silhouette stamps and feather stamp in black. I die cut a circle and stamped the large Be a Dreamer sentiment and placed it in the centre of the floral/feather designs. I finished by adding sequins to finish.

Inked Spring Daisy

Hello,
Today i have a card to share that i made using the Altenew spring daisy stamp set {and a borrowed sentiment from the dahlia set too}.
I created my background using Dylusions ink sprays. Now for this i used Tangerine, Bubblegum pink and lime green. Please don't quote me on colours as im still new to these inks and haven't quite remembered them all yet.
I matted my inked background, once dry, onto black card. I stamped the spring daisy images, masking to create a little bunch and added the stems. To finish i stamped the sentiment.

Sending Hugs

Hello,
Im back to share another Altenew card using my new spray inks.
Yes, this looks like the Mothers Day card i made last week only this is in more citrus tones so it is a bit brighter.
I sprayed orange and yellow onto my background and splattered with water. Once dry, i stamped my sentiment in gold and added the embossed strip down the side. I stamped the Beautiful day flower and leaves, the flower with yellow, orange and red layers, then cut and added to my card. I added a few sequins too.

Let me know what you think below.

Mothers Day

Hello,
I have been so excited to share this card!
Now, im no messy crafter, not usually but this past week i treated myself to some ink sprays and this is my first creation and i don't think it turned out to bad.
I sprayed the background of my card, adding water to give it a splashed effect, then left to dry.
I embossed a strip and added down the side. The flowers and leaves are from Altenews Beautiful day stamp set as well as the sentiment, the Mum part is from a different stamp set.

Let me know what you think in the comments box.

Altenew creations

Hello,
Today i have 2 cards to share, both using altenew products. My first is this Be a dreamer card.
I created this card using the Happy Dreams stamp set, which i love. It is filled with inspiring sentiments, stars, feathers, arrows everything. The minute i saw it as a sneak peek, i wanted it.
I created this A6 design for the altenew colour challenge, which this month features ivory, burgundy and mustard.
I made my design to look like a dream catcher, stamping the feathers and giving them each a colour, then stamping the silhouette leaves. I used arrows as the straps and stamped the sentiment in a circle.

My second card was made using the special moments stamp set, another which i wanted as soon as i saw it.
I used the cherry blossom tree and coloured it then stamped one of the sentiments to create this simple design.
