I used one of my new magnolia stamps, called Tilda's Family and created this sweet baby card,

the sentiment comes from my Lili of the valley sentiments, and papers are Promises from Nitwit collections.

Today's post is a challenge post, so i have 2 cards to share, the first being this...

I made this card using my minds eye papers, and the free digi image that was available from Saturated canary at the weekend called hugs and kisses. Coloured with promarkers.

This card is for the Joanna sheen  3.2.1 challenge

3 papers, 2 embelishments/different type fo embelishments { twine and pearls} and 1 image.

I made this card quite simple for a change, using my minds eye Nutmeg papers, Zella from saturated canary, kraft card and pearls.

Card for a Friend

Good morning!

Today, i would like to share this card.

I made this card for my friend who has helped me for the past few months, leading up to when i was in hospital and when i had gotten out. She told me not to be scared and that i'd be fine, even though i was nervous.

Ive decided this year to make more Just because cards for my friends, to show how much a appreciate them and their friendship.

 

I created this card by cutting a inch off of a 6x6, and getting a long shaped card.

I then matted with Kraft, and added my blue paper base before making my banners. The papers are My minds eye Nutmeg, which were in the sale at the glitterpot.

I stamped my House mouse happy hoppers image and coloured using my promarkers, and matted on kraft, along with the matching sentiment.

The stamps came from Joanna sheen.

I used bobunny sweet tooth papers,coloured the image with promarkers and added lace, pearls and a sentiment to finish.

This page shows me and mum on holiday.

I used my new Heidi Swapp {christmas gift} scrapbook stuff.

 

 

I added one of the stickers, as the name of the page.

 

I also added prima flowers, another christmas gift. And some resin corners.

Wedding Memories Box and Card

Hello,

Today's project is a little different, as i have a matching box, which i made.

I used first edition Rose Garden papers for both, and loving couple Tilda and Edwin stamp.

 

This is the card, i used layers of the papers, going for a Ivory and brown theme. I added pearls, roses,lace, a sentiment, a doily, a heart pin and some material.

 

The box ia s docrafts bare basic rectangular box, whcih i then decorated with the same things as the card.

I printed wedding memories in carbonType on the computer and then cut each one out and edged with distress ink, vintage photo.

 

The inside reveals a special message.

"It only takes a second to say ' i love you' but a lifetime to show it"

I used this cute LOTV image, papers from docrafts vintage notes collection, as well as matching lace and sentiment tag, peach flowers and pearls

Scrapbook page3:Brown Eyes

Hello!

This is my final scrapbook page, ive now caught up on my posting and will have to create some more!

This page, again, features Digby.

 

The story behind brown eyes is that as a baby, Digby seemed to have such large brown eyes, they reminded me of a gorilla, so his nickname was gorilla eyes. I took the page idea from Scrapbook Magazine, but the original was a cat and called blue eyes.

I used my Studio Calico Take Note papers, letters, stickers and paper clips.

The title is half on the photograph.

I distressed the edges and added a heart doily, scalloped ribbon, a craftwork cards sentiment, glittery acetate butterfly and flowers from wild orchid crafts.
I also added pearls.
