Bug, Birthday and Break:}

Hi,

Sorry, there's no card today, but i havent been around for a while.

This week ive had the horrible flu bug:{

Which is my main reason for not being here, and i have been busy creating some projects, although i cant tell you what for at the minute, you'll just have to wait and see and keep your eyes peeled for next months Creative Cardmaking magazine!

I'll be back end of next week, after ive visited my friend and had my birthday break{Monday!

Im sure i;ll have plenty of cards to share, especially with my new BigShot!:}

Spring has sprung

Good morning!

Today's card is for the challenge over at Tilda's Town, which is

EASTER.
And
Bunny zoe crafts: flowers and pearls

 

 

I used Ballerina Bunny Tilda from the new little easter collection and the easter scene too.

 

I coloured it all with promarkers.

I used the Nitwit petal fresh papers from Lili of the valley to create a pale spring background, the sentiments came from docrafts forever friends easter stamps.

I added ribbon and bow, pearls and flowers to finish.

I stamped my tilda's family image and coloured with promarkers.

I then used docrafts papermania Capsule spots and stripes collection for papers, before adding my embelishments, pearls, flowers and a sentiment, along with ribbon and a bow.

Happy Valentines day to those who celebrate it.

Today's card is for the passion for promarkers Give a hug challenge.

I used this sweet Magnolia Tilda with Koala bear image.

I spent a while deciding wether or not to buy it, as i dont know any australians, or people who live there, but i couldnt help purchasing it a few weeks back, its so cute!

I used little bits of LOTV Nitwit petal fresh paper collection that i had left to make a simple sketch, then i added my topper and added flowers around the edges to frame the image, and some pearls to finish.

It was my first go at creating grass, and i thought it wasent bad for a first go.

I used this image and coloured with promarkers.

Papers are Nitwits Bonnets and Bowties collection, matted on kraft.

 

My stitching is all around the layers of paper, which you might see better in the next photo.

I added flowers from wild orchid crafts to create a springy-feeling card.

I added a craftwork cards sentiment, scalloped ribbon and bow, more flowers and a heart shaped pin.

I used Prima Pixie Glen papers and sentiments, and added a doily, lace, roses and pearls.

My image came from the sweet crazy love collection 2012, and is coloured with promarkers.

I used a DP2 image, called Spit happens and coloured using promarkers.

The papers are Nitwit petal fresh,with added stitching, matted on kraft.

I embelished with a rub on sentiment and pearls.

This card is for the Saturated Canary challenge, which was a colour challenge.

I used first edition summer breeze papers, and distressed the edges.

I also added wripped mulberry paper, behind the image to give texture.

The image, Turtle Lurv is coloured with promarkers.

I added pearls, flowers, ribbon bow and a sentiment to finish.

this is my first post of the 3 i will be doing today and wow, im at post 300, yay!.

 

This card is for the passion for promarkers, boys with their toys challenge.

 

I used my minds eye nutmeg papers, coloured my LOTV image with promarkers and matted everything on kraft.

I added pearls and a sentiment to finish.

Hello,

I created this card for my cousins birthday.

Over the weekend, when trying to decide what to do, i had a serious crafters block, which i always get when it comes to making a card for a family member. So i decided to look through my old MagnoliaInk issues and found out the skecthes that are near the back, and i found this one.

 

I used Tilda with a birthday cake and coloured with promarkers, before matting on Kraft.

Then i decided to use my Nitwit Bonnets and Bowties paper collection.

I added a cluster of flowers, bows and a pin, as well as pearls.

Then i created an insert with the same collection os papers, and printed out a verse.

 

The picture is pretty dark due to the snow outside, whcih made the house look dark, even though the daylight lamp was on.

I used Hot off the press papers and kraft card, distressing the papers edges and inking with distress ink: vintage photo. I then added some textured paper, a doily and some lace, before adding my pearls, lock charm and flowers.

Finishing the card with my promarker coloured image, Valentino from last years Sweet crazy love 2012 collection.

I added the rub on sentiment to the bottom of the image.
