5 favorite christmas cards

Hello,

I hope everyone had a lovely christmas.

This post is to show my 5 favorite christmas cards of 2014.

I have to admit, i've been making christmas cards since july so im looking forward to a rest.

1. This year i seem to have used a lot of blue and white which is unusual for me as i like traditional reds and greens, but i was quite pleased by the way this one turned out. Plus i love this image.

2. I made this one for a little boy, again using the blue and white theme with added kraft.

3. This one turned out a lot better than i thought in pink. I used LOTV products for this one.

4. This one uses an image from LOTV and papers by first edition.

5. This one uses an magnolia image and first edition papers.

Christmas or New year at Creative Inspirations

This week's challenge is Christmas or Happy New Year!

This week's challenge has been extended for the Christmas break and will run until the
6th January 9pm London Time!

This week's prize is from CRAFTS U LOVE and is a £10 VOUCHER!

I decided to make a christmas card for this week. This year i have made quite a few cards with the LOTV artpad images, and this is one of my favorites. 

I used winter wonderland Nitwit papers, by LOTV too, all matted on kraft and added a sentiment to finish.

New Baby Girl

I have a card to share today that i would like to enter into the following challenge/s:

Ribbon girl: Anything goes 

I recently received the It's a girl! paper pad from trimcraft as part of my Cardmaker of the year prizes and couldn't wait to use them.

I chose 5 of the beautiful papers and created my base layers, all matted on kraft.

I decided to use an image from Lili of the valley, die cut into a circle and coloured with promarkers.

To embellish, i used lace, a mix of flowers, pearls and a sentiment.

I used dovecraft papers, all matted on kraft, and added candi and a sentiment to finish.

Silver and White at Creative Inspirations

Hello,

It's wednesday which means there is a new challenge over at Creative Inspirations.

This week, our theme is

SILVER AND WHITE ONLY.

For my card, i used my new DCWV embossed card stack, and chose the flowery design, then matted on silver.

I die cut a circle and stamped a sentiment . I also die cut a butterfly, and then to finish, i added some gems.
