Scruffy Little Kat

Hello,

Today i have a twisted easle card to share using a Scruffy little kat image by Crafters companion.

I coloured the image with promarkers and added glitter to her eyelashes, perfume bottle and bracelet, although you cant see on this photo.

The papers are from a DCWV 12X12 paper stack, both of these papers have sparkly patterns on too.

I added some ribbon, a bow and a sentiment from the stamp set as well as a daughter sentiment too.

Christmas in August and a new arrival.

We're back at Creative Inspirations this week after our summer break and our new challenge for this fortnight is 

CHRISTMAS IN AUGUST

For my card, i have used my newest House Mouse stamp. Due to recent events, i haven't really been in the crafting mood so i dont have much inspiration and im not really getting much done due to a new arrival { see below}, so my HM365 challenge is on hold.

I coloured the image with promarkers and only used one paper for this card from my Lemoncraft Christmas greetings papers.

I finished with a sentiment from craftwork cards and by adding some glossy accents to my berries.

Now, as i was saying earlier in my post , we have a new arrival.

Meet George.

He's only been here a week and is taking up most of our time { and biting plenty} so im having a bit of a rest from crafting.

Altenew: 1 card 3 ways

Hello,

Today i have some small 5x5 cards to share using the Vintage flowers stamp set by Altenew.

All 3 cards are the same but in different colour ways.

Firstly, i have this turquoise version. This came out really nice and bold. The text stamp is from Crafters companion and printed in Memento London Fog ink.

I stamped the two main images and the leaves 3 times then added a craftwork cards text banner.

For my second card i was inspired by the colours at the Olympic opening ceremony in Rio so i decided to use oranges, yellows, greens and pink. I used the same flower images for each card and the same leaves. This time i added some pink flower sequins and a different text banner.

My last card used this months Altenew challenge picture for inspiration.

I kept to Pink,black and grey for this card. Again, the only thing different is the text banner.

Id like to enter my final card into this months challenge.

Today i have a card to share that i have made for this months Altenew Photo/colour inspiration challenge. 

I created this 6x6 design using the Peony Bouquet stamp set.

I created a background pattern using the main image, the bud and some leaves which came from my vintage flowers set.

I stamped the design using 3 pink tones and a grey and black for the leaves.

I added a strip of vellum and stamped a sentiment from the Beautiful day set. I also stamped one of the peonys and cut it out before sticking it just over the edge of the vellum.
