The Paper Shelter: Shades of Blue

 

This week's challenge at The paper shelter is shades of blue.

For my card i used the new imahe, washing dishes, coloured with promarkers.

I matched it with dovecraft basic blue papers, matted on blue.

I added a sentiment to finish.

I coloured the image with spectrum noirs and matched with Prima marketing's Havanna papers. I added a doily, lace, ribbon and flowers along with a sentiment to finish.

New Shave

Hello,

Today i have a house mouse card to share featuring this sweet image of one of the mice having a shave and it going slightly wrong!

I created my card using back to basics blue papers by Trimcraft, matted on pearl blue and white.

I coloured the image with promarkers and matted on the pearly blue, then added a sentiment.

Hello,

Today I have a card to share featuring a stamping bella image.

I created a twisted easel using the pretty misty rose papers from prima marketing and matching flowers.

I decided to go for a fussy and fancy style as it seems like a while since I made that type of card. 

I added lace and pins along with the matching flowers to embellish and coloured my image with a mix of promarkers and spectrum noirs.

This week over at Catch the Bug we are celebrating our annual birthday bash with a week full of daily challenges.

Our theme is Monsters so the DT will be sharing their Monster themed makes everyday this week.

Today's challenge is simply Monster Party.

I used this image called Scene it monster party, coloured with spectrum noirs.

I matched it with some papers from The Works, matted on yellow. I added ribbon and buttons to finish.

The Paper Shelter: New Beginnings

 

Hello! 

Well, happy New year! I know I haven't been around or sharing anything for the last month or so but I'm back now and today starts a new challenge over at the paper shelter.

This week's challenge is new beginnings.

For my card i used this image, a little refreshment.

I coloured my image with a mix of spectrum noirs and promarkers, concentrating really hard on the scene which I created by trying techniques from kit and clowder.

I think this image suits a lot of people this month! I matched with papers from a pad called lucky charm.

I added ribbon, a daily and a born in January sentiment.
