I used a card from craftwork cards, which is a fancy shaped design.http://www.craftworkcards.co.uk/
The large orange flower is from my pretty petals from http://www.crafterscompanion.co.uk/
I cant remember where the purple scroll paper or orange sequins were from, i think they were just spares. But feel free to add whatever you like if you decide to try out my design.
