Turquoise and Lilac

Hello,
Today i have another Altenew make to share. I decided on this card to use a backing paper, this one is from a Nitwit collections kit.
I created an embossed banner and then layered my flowers onto it. I stamped the sentiment to finish.

Supplies for this card:
  • 6x6 white card base
  • white card
  • embossing folder
  • Mix of inks
  • Altenew Beautiful Day and Vintage flowers stamp sets

  1. This is gorgeous Natalie, such a pretty background and perfect florals from Altenew to make a stunning focal point combination! Our challenge colours work so well for this beautiful layout. Ideally we'd see a bit more empty space in the background to be really Clean and Simple, but this is so lovely and really beautifully made - thanks for sharing with us!

  2. This is a super simple design Natalie, with gorgeous flowers, beautifully stamped.
As Esther has mentioned we do like to see areas of the card base totally unadorned (white space) on submissions to our Clean and Simple challenge. It's quite a difficult thing to do when one's first reaction is to grab some beautiful Designer paper... but you may get to love it like I do!
Thanks so much for joining us and do play along again.

  3. The colours you chose for your beautiful stamps are perfect Natalie and the embossed panel is super. It really would have looked sensational if the the background had been left plain, the way we like to see it at Less is More. That is such a hard thing to do and I know this from experience as I am still learning this CAS style. I really DO hope that you will join us again in our next challenge as it is SO rewarding to create a really CAS card, but thank you for sharing this with us. xx
